CRUNCH: Start by lying face up on the floor with your feet planted firmly on the ground.
Place your hands folded across your chest. Raise your shoulders up and forward toward your
chest. Reverse movement to starting position and repeat.

TOE TOUCH: Start by lying face up on the floor with your arms and legs straight up towards
the ceiling. Curl your torso up and forward raising your hands as close to your toes as
possible. Reverse movement to starting position and repeat.
